Let’s be honest, there are a lot of shopping options in the world. Between convenience stores, corner stores and chain all-in-one, there are a lot of options for your shopping needs. But we know not all stores are created equal.
It’s a balancing act. Finding the most convenience for the best price. A super store might have every item you need at the cheapest price, but it comes at a cost of quality and customer service. A local store grocer might know your name and offer a great selection, but you can’t buy your clothes in a produce aisle.
At Carroll Transportation Group, we strive to provide the convenience of a super store with the individual attention of your local shop.
How do we do this?
1. We own assets
We own a variety of assets–flatbeds to chassis to warehouse space. If a truck breaks down, we have the resources to identify and execute a solution.
If you could save time on sourcing carriers, warehouses and distribution partners, what would you do with that time?
The variety of our resources also allows you to consolidate your transportation services to a single supplier or invoice. Simplifying your many invoices and contacts into a singular partner allows us to problem-solve, plan and coordinate, which in turn gives you the time and peace of mind to focus on your larger goals.
2. Specialized, dedicated staff
“We will get back to you within the hour.”
“I will email you by 2 PM with an update.”
Our staff take ownership of their roles and their responsibility to you. Your time is valuable. With Carroll Transportation Group, we have staff dedicated to customer follow-up, real-time support and operations. You have a point person to not only build a relationship but also to advocate on your behalf.
3. Sharing information
Just as a pair of pants aren’t perfect for everyone (no matter how much we want to wear those leather pants), we will be straight-forward and helpful. If we can’t help you, we will find someone who can. If you have a question, we are available to explain and offer advice.
We believe an empowered customer is always good for business. We would rather build a relationship of trust and communication than look for a short-term payout.
Whether you’re looking for advice on a distribution issue or want a quote for a common lane, we’re available to help.
Wow that was strange. I just wrote an really long comment but after I clicked submit my comment didn’t show up. Grrrr… well I’m not writing all that over again. Anyways, just wanted to say wonderful blog!
Oh, no! I’ve had that happen before, and it’s always rough. We’ll check on our end to make sure it’s not a problem in our page.
Thanks for the positive feedback!
